Nestled in a historic and quaint hamlet just twenty minutes from the city of Pisa, a few kilometers from the International Airport and the coast, this majestic luxury villa is for sale. The noble palace, which first belonged to the Mastiani family (in the early 15th century) and passed in the 17th century to the Rossoni family, measures 1750 square meters arranged on three levels. The splendid mansion has all the architectural elements of the period, most of them expertly recovered during the renovation undertaken by the current owners. Coffered ceilings, frescoed walls with views of the landscape of the time, Venetian floors characterize the manor part of the luxury villa composed of reception halls including the music room with valuable landscapes on the walls in addition to the beautiful gallery with frescoed vaulted ceilings that connects the second floor of the historic core with the second floor of the former warehouse. On the ground floor of this second room we find the historic olive press and an ancient olive milling lathe.

The sleeping area, which occupies the second floor, consists of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms most of them finished in marble. On the second floor we find an apartment reserved for servants internally connected to the noble wing of the villa. The garden, of about 2000 square meters, embellished with various tree species, lends itself to the installation of a comfortable swimming pool. The property is completed by the ancient oratory built by the Mastiani family in 1748.

The size of the villa, the perfect state of preservation in addition to the ideal connection to the main art cities of Tuscany and the sea make this luxury property the ideal solution for those who are looking for a high representation residence or who want to invest in a luxury accommodation business.
