It is dominated by the tall crenellated turret, visible from the road before reaching it, which once served as a sentinel of the water reservoir. Located at the entrance, this turret, silent witness to centuries of history, becomes a highly evocative element, capable of evoking unique emotions and atmosphere. In the evening, illuminated, it stands majestically in the night landscape. The estate has 26 rooms covering a total internal area of 1,650 square meters: the entrance, adorned with period machinery, leads via convenient stairs to an ancient well and the two underground courtyards characterized by lush ficus trees and bitter oranges. On the left side, a glass door leads into a large hall that houses 18 imposing, antique eight-thousand-liter oak barrels, undisputed protagonists that enchant every visitor. A large eat-in kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 2 storerooms, 2 cold rooms and 2 dressing rooms for service staff. With white tables, essential and elegant furniture, careful attention to detail, this hall was entirely renovated in 2014 without disrupting its original structure. To date, it is a renowned venue for exclusive events, luncheons and dinners. From the same hall there is access to a long, narrow basement courtyard with a glass floor (where you can admire the quarries below) that leads to the 195sqm outdoor garden that the Family personally takes care of. On the right side of the underground courtyard a passage leads to 2 majestic tunnels dug into the rock in perfect condition. One of the two tufa quarries, known as the Galleria dei Sapori, is covered by large star vaults from the early 19th century to make a wine cellar owned by the Family. This gallery hosts frequent concerts where internationally renowned DJs perform as well as important private events, parades and ceremonies. From the same one reaches another tuff quarry that has five bathrooms. There is also another entrance that is accessed from the garden.
At nightfall, when all the lights are turned on, the estate becomes a beacon of charm in the entire area, with the illuminated quarries giving off a magical atmosphere.
