The farm, located at a height of 350 meters above sea level, has been producing certified organic wine and extra virgin olive oil for many years, obtaining repeated quality awards. There is a beautiful and functional wine cellar and various rooms for bottling and shipping.
As for the tourist-receptive activity, the estate has 9 finely furnished and air-conditioned apartments, a spacious master apartment with panoramic terrace, a beautiful swimming pool (12x6mt.) with solarium area and several covered parking spaces.
In total there are 18 bedrooms (26 beds) with 15 bathrooms.
The property has LPG heating, water supply through municipal aqueduct as well as 3 lakes for irrigation.
